Find New Construction Across Las Vegas
We help buyers explore new construction throughout the valley, including Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Southwest Las Vegas and other growing communities. Tell us what matters most — location, commute, schools, lot size or price — and we'll help you narrow down communities worth touring.
Builder Incentives
Builders sometimes offer incentives to attract buyers. Depending on the builder, these can potentially include:
- Closing-cost assistance
- Interest-rate buydowns
- Design or structural upgrades
- Other limited-time promotions
Please note: Incentives change frequently and depend on the builder, community, specific home, financing and timing. We don't advertise specific current offers — we help you ask the right questions and compare what's actually available when you're ready. Financing and loan qualification are handled by licensed mortgage professionals.

Move-In Ready vs. Building From the Ground Up
Quick move-in (spec) homes are already built or near completion, so you can often close sooner — though the floor plan and finishes are largely chosen for you.
Building from the ground up means choosing a homesite, floor plan and options yourself. You get more personalization, but the timeline is typically longer.
Why Have Your Own Real Estate Agent?
The sales representative at a new-home community represents the builder. As a buyer, you can choose to have your own real estate agent represent your interests — helping you compare communities, review contracts and timelines, and ask questions about incentives, upgrades and lot selection.
Many builders ask that your agent accompany you or be registered on your first visit, so it's a good idea to reach out before you tour. Agent compensation varies by builder and transaction — ask us how it works for the community you're considering.
